Tank gargling

Has anyone experienced a noisy fish tank?  For the past week, my tank sounds like a loud toilet in the living room.  My overflow tank appears to have fallen below suction valves causing this horrible gargling noise but I can’t figure out how to fix it!

After a week of continuous noise, I found a fix! And it only cost me $12 and about 15 minutes.  I wanted to share the solution in case anyone else experiences this same problem. I built a “Stockman Standpipe”.  I still need to get a valve control to adjust the flow rate but for now, I’m relieved to have peace and quiet again.
